Our history began in a little town called San Jose De La Paz, in the state of Jalisco, our family immigrated into the United States in the early 1970’s, like many immigrants, in search of a higher standard of living, but it wasn’t until the 1980’s when this family restaurant journey began, 32 years later Here we are, Doing what we do best, thanks to our family who worked very hard to get here, Casa Del Sabor is a family operated business, the Soto family opened January 4th 2014, and will continue to serve the Springfield and surrounding communities with love and passion to keep our family tradition going.
